The SPDR S&P Capital Markets ETF (NYSEARCA:KCE) continues to trend higher on both absolute and relative basis.
The sticker is up 8.34% year-to-date, and 27.27% from a year ago.
Oppenheimer analysts said they see “a decade-long relative base that is reversing higher” and “this is our case for structural industry outperformance over the coming quarters to years,” according to a Technical Analysis note.
Analysts, led by Ari H. Wald, selected four stocks within capital markets that are rated to outperform:
- Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (GS) -Buy-rated
- Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (JEF) – Buy-rated
- S&P Global Inc. (SPGI) – Buy-rated
- Moody’s Corp. (MCO) – Buy-rated
