- Tital Medical (TSX:TMD:CA) on Friday announced it has entered into a second amendment dated July 5, 2024, in respect of the amalgamation agreement dated March 17, 2024, among Conavi Medical, and 1000824255 Ontario Inc.
- The company said that the amending agreement extends the outside date for the completion of the deal to September 30, 2024.
- The amendment altered the timeframe under which certain closing condition must be met in the agreement.
