- Hempacco (NASDAQ:HPCO) said it has received a notice from Nasdaq, advising the company that it has initiated a process to delist its securities from Nasdaq because the company had not filed its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, and quarterly report on Form 10-Q.
- On July 7, 2024, the company submitted its appeal of Nasdaq’s delisting determination and requested a hearing pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Listing Rules.
