ASP Isotopes announces pricing of common stock offering (NASDAQ:ASPI)

ASP Isotopes (NASDAQ:ASPI) announced the pricing of the previously announced underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.
ASP Isotopes has agreed to sell an aggregate of 12,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.50 per share.
The gross proceeds to ASP Isotopes from the offering are expected to be $30.0 million.
