- Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE:H) affiliate has acquired the me and all hotels brand from Lindner Hotels AG, expanding the company’s footprint in Germany with the addition of seven boutique hotels.
- Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
- The acquisition builds on the collaboration between Hyatt and Lindner, and with the subsequent integration, me and all hotels will become a standalone brand within the company’s lifestyle portfolio. The unit is currently a nestled brand within Hyatt’s JdV by Hyatt
- Me and all hotels are designed for city and business travelers with a blend of luxury and coziness with cutting-edge technology. Currently located in German cities including Düsseldorf, Mainz, Hanover, Kiel and Ulm, me and all hotels is expanding to Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, and Stuttgart.
- Including the addition of me and all hotels into Hyatt’s (H) pipeline, the company has more than 1,300 hotels and all-inclusive properties in 78 countries across six continents.
- Hyatt (H) shares are 0.5% higher at Friday’s open.
