- Ideanomics (NASDAQ:IDEX) on Tuesday said it has received a notice from Nasdaq, stating that because the company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, reported stockholders’ equity of less than the required minimum of $2,500,000 in stockholders’ equity for continued listing, and as of that day, the company did not meet the alternatives of market value of listed securities or net income from continuing operations, it is no longer in compliance with listing rules.
