Twelve Seas Investment terminates business combination with Crystal Lagoons

  • Twelve Seas Investment Company II (OTC:TWLVU) announced that its merger agreement with Crystal Lagoons U.S. Corp and CL Newco and together with Original Crystal was terminated due to the conditions to the closing of the initial business combination not being satisfied or waived by the outside date of May 31, 2024.
